Accessibility Statement
Reviving is committed to building a website and software experience that is usable for a broad range of people and assistive technologies. This statement describes the standards and feedback channels that guide that work.
Accessibility commitment
Reviving aims to design and maintain digital experiences that are understandable, perceivable, operable, and robust for a wide range of users.
The marketing site and the platform should support keyboard navigation, clear focus visibility, meaningful structure, semantic markup, sufficient color contrast, and accessible form patterns.
Standards and evaluation approach
Reviving targets alignment with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a working benchmark for both the website and the product experience, while also accounting for the practical requirements of enterprise healthcare workflows.
Accessibility review may include design review, manual QA, keyboard testing, semantic inspection, and targeted assistive-technology checks.
Support and accommodation requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need materials in an alternative format, or require help completing a workflow, contact the Reviving team and describe the issue, page, or task involved.
- General requests: privacy@reviving.app
- Commercial support routing: use the contact page so requests reach the right team quickly.
- Include the page URL, browser or assistive technology, and a short description of the barrier where possible.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility work is ongoing. Reviving may prioritize fixes based on severity, frequency, workflow criticality, and customer impact.
Feedback from customers, prospects, and internal reviewers helps shape the backlog and release priorities.
We want to know quickly. Reporting an issue helps us improve the experience for everyone and can accelerate remediation for critical workflows.
